Daniel Amoak is a PhD student in Geography and Environment at the Faculty of Social Science of Western University. His research focuses on the human dimensions of climate change, especially the impacts on livelihoods, health, and well-being. He is also interested in advancing community-led interventions that address the social and political economy of poor climate change adaptation. Additionally, he is keen to uncover and tackle global health inequalities exacerbated by climate change, contributing to developing inclusive and effective solutions. At WeCLISH Centre, Daniel expects to engage with policymakers, industry stakeholders, and local communities to translate his research into actionable policies and sustainable practices.
